Click ‘Get Form’ to open the index card template in the editor.
Once the document opens, you will see the image of the Five Star Index Card. The cursor will be positioned on the first card. To navigate through other cards, click the Show/Hide ¶ button to view formatting information.
To fill out each index card, click inside the frame of the card. You can adjust margins by clicking within the frame and modifying them as needed to ensure proper alignment for printing.
If you need to adjust text direction for side cards, click inside the side index card, go to Format, select Text Direction, and change it to upright before typing your content.
For paragraph adjustments, click in the frame, navigate to Format, then Paragraph. Ensure line spacing is set correctly (exactly 17.5 pt) for optimal printer alignment.
Before printing, check your printer settings by going to Print Options and ensuring Background printing and Drawing objects are unchecked. Use Print Preview to confirm that only text appears.
