Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Cash Receipts Control Log in the editor.
Begin by entering the 'Period' at the top of the form. This helps in organizing your receipts chronologically.
For each transaction, fill in the 'Date' field with the date of receipt issuance.
In the 'Check Amount' section, input the amount received for each transaction. Ensure accuracy to maintain financial integrity.
Next, enter the 'Customer ID' associated with each transaction. This is crucial for tracking customer payments.
Fill in the 'Reference No.' for each entry, which can be a check number or invoice reference for easy identification.
Once all entries are complete, ensure that you reconcile your total against your daily cash deposit by filling out that section at the bottom of the form.
Finally, have an authorized person sign and date where indicated to validate the receipts log.
