Begin by filling in the date and names of both the Artist and Company at the top of the document. Ensure all addresses are complete for clarity.
In Section 1, specify the term and purpose of the agreement. Enter the number of years for the initial engagement and how many master recordings will be produced.
Proceed to Section 2 to outline payment details. Fill in amounts from Addendum A, including payment timelines after each recording session.
In Section 3, confirm Artist's obligations by checking that all restrictions on performances and publicity are understood and agreed upon.
Complete Sections 4 through 10 by reviewing rights granted, accounting procedures, costs, warranties, and termination clauses. Make sure all fields are filled accurately.
Finally, sign and date at the bottom of the document. If needed, attach any required addendums before finalizing.
