What is the main goal of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act?

A supplemental job displacement benefit is a voucher that promises to help pay for educational retraining or skill enhancement, or both, at state-approved or state-accredited schools. How much is a supplemental job displacement voucher?

The RTWSP is a $120 million fund for the purpose of making supplemental payments to workers whose permanent disability benefits are disproportionately low in in comparison to their earning losses. (Labor Code 139.48). The RTWSP provides eligible injured workers an additional one-time $5,000 payment.
