How To Submit Transcripts Submit an official sealed transcript, from a U.S. Regionally accredited college to the Admissions & Record Office. Request an evaluation of your transcripts from Admissions and Records. ... Once the evaluation is complete, confirm your placement levels.
The transcripts must be sent directly from the sending institutions authorized agent to gwctranscripts@gwc.cccd.edu. GWC will not accept forwarded transcripts from the student.
Please complete the Transcript Request Form for Active Duty and Veteran Students, and send it via email to transcriptservices@mdc.edu. The form must be signed and include a clear and legible photocopy of your valid picture ID with signature (such as your driver's license).
