Lebone College of Emergency Care (LCOE) is a Gauteng Provincial Department of Health training College under the Directive of the Gauteng Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Diploma in Emergency Medical Care. This will be a two-year course, or only one year if the ECO has been completed. Bachelor of health sciences- this is a four-year course provided at universities. It is level NQF8 and equips the paramedic with all the necessary skills to practice as advanced life support.
Please attach copies of the following documents: Certificated copy of highest academic qualification/ school grade. Certified copies of ID documents of student and Next of Kin required. Certificated copy of proof of address. Please note that certificated documents must not be older than 6 months.
No, no degree needed. That being said my school does offer an AS in EMS that Im pursuing currently.
