We are sorry that you are having trouble logging into your Zip account. A change in phone number is a common cause of Zip login issues. If you have recently changed your phone number youll need to update this in your Zip account.
You can deactivate your account at any time. If you still have a balance owing, your repayments will run as normal as per the set schedule. If you have no balance owing, you wont be charged anything and will not be able to use the account until you are ready.
To deactivate your account, complete the following steps: Log into your Zip mobile app on your phone. At the bottom, select the Account tab. Scroll down to the About Zip section. Select Close my account. Select Deactivate and you will receive the confirmation screen shown below.
This error usually occurs if the zip file is corrupt which could happen if there was any network or other issues while saving the file. We request you to export the site again and try with the new zip file. To make sure the zip file is not corrupt, try extracting it directly from your PC.
By deactivating your account you wont be able to place orders but will still be able to view your account details and history as well as make repayments. If you have a balance owing at the time of deactivation, your repayments will still run as normal ing to your set schedule.
