okay were talking about void judgments today and in order to understand what a void judgment is we have to understand the nature of jurisdiction and this is the pale priest in the supreme court its impossible to prove jurisdiction exists absent a substantial nexus with a state such as a voluntary subscription to a license in other words theres got to be a contract and all jurisdictional facts supporting a claim that supposed jurisdiction exists must appear on the record and so theres got to be a contract and evidence of this so-called contract has to be in the record and in light of the fact that judges who become involved enforcement of mere statutes civil or criminal in nature or otherwise act as mere clerks for the involved agency okay so its not a court its a hes a clerk its a show trial um anyways uh its an accepted rule not only in state courts but of federal courts as well that when a judge is enforcing administrative law theyre described as mere extensions of the admi

A BehaviorSubject holds one value (so we actually need to initialize a default value). When it is subscribed it emits that value immediately. A Subject on the other hand, does not hold a value.
Cold Observables emit the entire sequence of values from the start to every Observer. ReplaySubject emits to any observer all of the items that were emitted by the source Observable(s), regardless of when the observer subscribes.
Subject - No initial value or replay behavior. AsyncSubject - Emits latest value to observers upon completion. BehaviorSubject - Requires an initial value and emits its current value (last emitted item) to new subscribers.
Because subjects are observers, they can be passed directly into a subscribe call, and all the events from the original observable will be sent through the subject to its subscribers. We can use the ReplaySubject to track history. A ReplaySubject records the last n events and plays them back to every new subscriber.
The ReplaySubject is comparable to the BehaviorSubject in the way that it can send old values to new subscribers. It however has the extra characteristic that it can record a part of the observable execution and therefore store multiple old values and replay them to new subscribers.
Subjects are a type of Observable. However, unlike an Observable, Subjects can emit events/values to its subscribers using the next() function. Therefore, you can publish changes (using next()) to a Subject and listen for changes (using subscribe()).
Subject - No initial value or replay behavior. AsyncSubject - Emits latest value to observers upon completion. BehaviorSubject - Requires an initial value and emits its current value (last emitted item) to new subscribers.
Use a ReplaySubject when you need more than the last given value (For example, the previous five values). Or you want to set a time window for the values can be validly sent to subscribers. Use an AsyncSubject when you only want the last value to be passed to the subscribers.
Subjects are a type of Observable. However, unlike an Observable, Subjects can emit events/values to its subscribers using the next() function. Therefore, you can publish changes (using next()) to a Subject and listen for changes (using subscribe()).
The main difference between an Observable and a Subject is that a plain Observable by default is unicast. It means that each subscribed Observer owns an independent execution of the Observable. On the other hand, Subjects are multicast. A Subject is like an Observable, but it can multicast to many Observers.
