welcome to paid today how to void an invoice uh first thing you want to do is go ahead and open up your invoices tab on the left sidebar and then were going to go ahead and choose the invoice we want to void and um obviously draft invoices you can just just cancel delete the draft but any invoices that have been sent that have a pending status we can void lets open up um this one right here our vandality and then well go ahead and click void invoice this has no scheduled payments no processed payments and so we can go ahead and void this give it a reason click void confirm it and now we can see the status has changed to void and the reason why if we go back to our invoices here we can also then see that the status has been voided any invoices you wish to void that have payments you will need to refund those payments prior to avoiding the invoice
