The process of verifying a signature using solidity involves four steps. First, you have the message to sign. Next, you would sign the message off-chain using your wallet. In the last step, you can verify the signature inside the smart contract by calling the function ec recover with the hash of the message and the signature. This function will return a signer, which you can compare to the true signer who signed the message. To verify a signature inside solidity, you need to create a function called verify that takes in the message, signature, and signer, and checks if the signature is valid. Internal functions are created along the way to support this verification process.
