hello so i just wanted to shoot this quick video for you guys um about follow-ups so um when we actually instituted follow-ups for our brokers the difference has been like amazing amazingly different um like i literally cant even say like tens of thousands like just thousands upon thousands for more more for each broker generating them what theyre generating each month and quarter um and you know this is a harvard business review study that says literally only 2.4 of companies follow up with them customers enough and really is important um so you know if youre not leveraging um follow-ups in your business in your brokerage youre really really missing out and i know you know hear it on calls where people say oh yeah im following up ill send them like an email here and ill give them a call and i might send them another email in two weeks its not enough its not enough at all so um you know like some of our brokers who are doing really well theyll have templates in their crm or e
