so to find these triggers well thereamp;#39;s the two different ways of filing the triggers the first is in the free edge of the muscle and so I lift up this is the front part of the axilla I slipped my thumb in underneath here and I squeeze and the triggers in the free edge are the ones that refer down to the breast and into the arm and so once Iamp;#39;ve once I caught this trigger between my finger and thumb I then press firmly enough to make sure that there is pain there and reduce the pressure and follow ischemic pressure principles I can do these triggers and sometimes I can get right across if somebody is very relaxed - the triggers in that area the second way of treat of treating or finding these triggers is just by direct pressure and the direct pressure using my finger and supported by my other finger pressing in and feeling across the long across the fibers of the muscle and feeling for tight bands and then finding the trigger itself pressing in hard enough to cause tender

Got questions?

Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Your healthcare provider will use a small brush, swab or spatula to gently remove cells from the cervix and back of the vagina. They will place the cells in a vial of liquid or smear the cells on a glass microscope slide. If you need an HPV test, your provider will take a sample of cells for this test as well.
What are the different types of abnormal results? Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASC-US) Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) Atypical squamous cells, cannot exclude HSIL (ASC-H) Atypical glandular cells (AGC)
The short answer to this question is, yes, you can be sedated to get a pelvic exam and Pap smear.
A cervical biopsy may be done to find cancer or precancer cells on the cervix. Cells that appear to be abnormal, but are not yet cancerous, are called precancerous. These abnormal cells may be the first sign of cancer that may develop years later.
Nabothian cysts form when the mucus-producing glands in your cervix are coated with skin cells and become clogged. The skin cells plug the glands, which causes mucus to accumulate. This causes a cyst to form on the cervix that looks like a small, white bump.
Pap test. During a Pap test, a tool called a speculum holds the vaginal walls apart. A sample of cells from the cervix is collected using a soft brush and a flat scraping device called a spatula (1 and 2). The cells are placed in a bottle that contains a solution to preserve them (3).
You may feel slight pressure when the speculum enters your vagina. You may feel a slight burning or stinging when the solution comes into contact with your cervix. If you need a biopsy, you may feel a sharp pinch or a sensation like a period cramp when the tissue sample is excised.
Endocervical curettage procedure: The doctor inserts a small, thin tooleither a curette (which looks like a narrow spoon) or a brush into the endocervical area. This tool is then gently scraped against the walls of the cervical canal, removing some of the tissue.
