Under Contact info, click Email. Select Google Account email. If you cant open this setting, it might not be possible to change your email or username. If your accounts email address ends in @gmail.com, you usually cant change it.
In most cases, you cant change your Gmail address. However, you can create a new Gmail address and set up email forwarding. That way, any messages sent to your old Gmail address will be automatically forwarded to your new account.
How to email Google Docs Click File Email Email this file. Enter who youre sending it to, the subject, and the message you want to go along with the file. From the dropdown, choose if you want to send it as a PDF, RTF, Open Document, HTML, Word doc, or Plain Text file. Click Send.

You can change the name thats linked to your email address, but not the email address itself. If you want to change your email address, youll need to sign up for a new address.
In the From user section, enter the current owners email address and select the user from the results. For the To user, enter the new owners email address and select the user from the results. Click Transfer Files.
Hit Send on an email. Immediately after hitting Send, look for a notification that says Message sent on the bottom left of your screen. Click the Undo option to the right of Message sent. A draft of your message will then pop up so you can edit it.
Notification settings. Under Edits, choose when you want to receive notifications: Added or removed content: Youll be notified whenever anyone adds or removes content in that file. None: Never receive emails about edits for that file.
