Shift-Command-N: Create a new folder in the Finder. Command-Comma (,): Open preferences for the front app.
Go to System Preferences, select Language Region, then click on Advanced and choose General. Here, you can change the decimal separator to a comma.
To accommodate this case, press the Alt+Decimal Separator keys on the numeric keyboard. This key combination switches the decimal separator between outputting a period and the decimal separator as determined by the Region setting.
3, please follow these instructions: Close the Excel application. Click on the Apple button. Select System Preferences. Select Language and Text. Click on Region. Under Numbers select Customize. Change the Decimal separator from a comma (,) to a full stop (.) Then click on Ok/Save.
