If you cant find an item in the Deleted Items folder, the next place to look is the Recoverable Items folder. In the left pane, select the Deleted Items folder. At the top of the message list, select Recover items deleted from this folder. Select the items you want to recover and select Restore.
How to Recover Your Deleted Emails Go to your inbox. Open the trash folder. Select the emails you want to recover. Move the emails back to your inbox by clicking on the Move or Recover button. Return to your inbox and look for the recovered emails.
If you delete a message it is gone from your account. If you delete 98 messages in a thread, you can still see the 2 messages left, but the other messages simply arent there. At the same time, each email you send might have quoted text from previous emails.
In the left pane, select the Deleted Items folder. At the top of the message list, select Recover items deleted from this folder. Select the items you want to recover and select Restore.

If you need help, go to Find a user account. Restore data. Select the date range for the data you want to restore, from within the last 25 days. Select the type of data you want to restore: Gmail.
