What happens to the reservation deposit? You may request a full refund of your reservation deposit at any time prior to placing an order request. Once you have placed your order request, and it is accepted by the dealer, all deposits will be subject to the dealers refund policy.

Cancelations can be done online or at your Ford Dealer.How do I cancel a Ford vehicle reservation? Go to Ford.com. Click MY ACCOUNT and select Sign In. Log into your Ford account. Click MY ACCOUNT. Select Reservations Orders. Select View under the reservation you would like to cancel. Click Cancel Reservation.
You may cancel your Reservation at any time before you order your vehicle and request a refund from your Dealer. The full Reservation Deposit should be credited back to your credit card within approximately 10 business days. Please note that all cancellations are final.
You can cancel your F-150 Lightning reservation at any time and receive a full refund. You can do this in your account at ford.com. If for some reason you cant process the cancellation online, you can contact Fords Marketing Program Headquarters at 800-334-4375 (Ford U.S.).
