- Same page meetings. So this question has come up a lot and I wanna go to, I wanna start with the root of where this came from, okay. So I created same page meetings nine years ago, and it was actually created for visionaries and integrators, okay. It has evolved to be very useful for owners as well, but right now we just wanna start in the context of where it was originally birthed. And so the idea is a visionary and an integrator must be one the same page. Its completely and totally unfair to the leadership team for a visionary and an integrator to always be at odds because level 10 meetings are less productive, quarterlies, annuals are much less productive and so they must get on the same page. And it stemmed from one particular client who was really struggling with that, so I prescribed a same page meeting. In its simplest form, what a same page meeting, my belief is a monthly, two to four hour meeting, okay. And so the urging is that the visionary and the integrator meet once
