Recover an account Sign in to your Google Admin console. In the Admin console, go to Menu Directory. Click the user you want in the list. Click Security. Click 2-step verification. Click Get Backup Verification Codes. Copy one of the verification codes. Send the backup code to the user in an IM or text message.
Turn off 2-Step Verification Open your devices Settings app and tap Google. Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Security. Under How you sign in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Tap Turn off. Confirm by tapping Turn off.
Add a new account to the Microsoft authenticator app Go to the Security info page using the steps above. Select Add sign-in method. If youre already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you cant turn it off. Lost Codes Websites usually give a recovery code to you when you enable 2FA on your account. Use your recovery code to get access to your account. If you dont have a recovery code go to the sites support and ask them to disable two factor authentication on your account for you.
