once the form is open is through docHub PDF Rader click on the comment button on the upper right corner click on the paperclip to insert attachment move your cursor to where you want the file to be inserted and click navigated to where detachment is located and double-click on the file to insert it attachments properties window will pop up where you can set attachment properties to make the attachment easily noticeable we prefer it look like a red tag always remember Save Changes before you leave double-click on the tag to access attachment
