Removing an email account from classic Outlook for Windows doesnt deactivate the email account. If you want to deactivate your account, talk to your email account provider. Once you delete an account from Outlook, youll no longer be able to send and receive mail from that account in Outlook.
Delete usually refers to written words or images being put in visual form and then erased. Remove could be applied to the same media but also can refer to taking a physical item out or away.
When you add a Google account, info associated with that account automatically syncs with your phone. When you remove an account, everything associated with that account is also deleted from your phone. This includes email, contacts, and settings.
Remember, removing the account from your phone does not delete the account you can still use it on your computer or other device. However, removing the account means you may be signed out of Google products (like Maps, Calendar, etc.)
