Create a payments profile Sign up for a Google developer accountor sign in to go to Play Console to create your payments profile. Go to the Payments settings page (Setup Payments profile). Click Create payments profile. Under Payments profile, click the down arrow and select Create payments profile.
After the payments profile is created, the account type setting cant be changed. Make sure to choose the one that best fits how you plan to use your Google payments profile. If you want more than one person to be set up as a user of your payments profile, then you must set the Account type to Business.
To change your verified name in your payments profile, you may need to provide more info and documentation to re-verify your name. If you cant edit the name field in Settings: Below your name, click Change name. Click Start name change.
The payments profile (formerly billing customer) keeps details about the person or organization that is legally responsible for costs produced by a Google Ads account. It holds the contact details, payment methods and settings, and a unique numeric ID which appears on account invoices and other documents.

Choose the profile you want to edit. Make your edits. You can change information like your address, tax ID, and payment methods. Save your edits.
