hey whats up guys and welcome back to the channel for todays video its more of just a tip and trick video because Ive gotten a lot of questions about how the corner trim detail is done on our buildings Ive never actually really taken you through an in-depth tutorial on that and Ill show you how we make it look like a seamless one-piece corner so first Ive already cut my bottom and I cut it to the dimension measured from the bottom of my base trim and I give myself about an inch over the top of my waned coat transitions ii flashing right here so what im gonna do first since my base trim is 1 inch and youll see ive got a protective coating here on the trim thats because especially with these dark colors my my metal manufacturer metal sails they do this for us its a nice little added bonus yes it becomes somewhat of a pain when youre dealing with all the garbage its a really nice added benefit when youre dealing with dark trims because its gonna get scratched if you dont
