hey itamp;#39;s Dave from 34 guitars and uh here to show you my latest jig fabrication for you that follow me already know that I like to laser cut out the Fret fretboard inlays and use a epoxy resin and uh usually works out pretty well with uh Maple and some other Woods that get cut by the laser pretty easily on this build I was deciding to try some of the rich light which is kind of like a paper and resin product itamp;#39;s supposed to be you know very stable and itamp;#39;s very hard looks a lot like ebony but the laser will not cut it so uh that was kind of a problem and with guitar building you know anytime thereamp;#39;s a problem thatamp;#39;s just an opportunity to build another jig so thatamp;#39;s what I did and uh kind of came up with a pin router system and I did a little bit more of a simple kind of laser cut out and I just used a poplar for the template on this one and basically just double side sticky tape this to the ridge light put it in the little jig here and
