so if you ever come across this issue in docHub photoshop where youre drawing using the brush tool but instead of creating a smooth line were actually getting this staggered dot effect but the good news is its very easy to fix so what were going to do is press command nz just to quickly get rid of that then weve got to go to window at the top here and just make sure there is a take next to brush settings and once weve opened the brush panel the option were interested in is this spacing option so in order to create the illusion of a smooth line photoshop essentially draws a lot of dots very close together which gives this illusion of a straight line but as you can see at the moment weve left the spacing quite high which means that photoshop is adding quite a gap between all of those separate dots so in order to get rid of that all we have to do is move the spacing all the way to zero as you can see this will give us a smooth line so if i just quickly collapse the brush settings p
