hello and in this video we are going to learn how to remove highlight colors in wood so you can see here that I have a very simple document and there are yellow highlights in it that I want to remove so how do you remove all highlight colors in what all right ones well very simple actually First Press Ctrl a and it will select everything in the document now next go to text highlight color click on the drop down button and select no color and everything is gone okay so Ctrl a to select everything in the document and then go to text highlight color and select no color and that is gone all right so some of you might be thinking okay so this is great but in some cases you donamp;#39;t want to clear all the highlight colors in word you want to change it from yellow to letamp;#39;s say blue or red how do you do that all in one go especially for long or complex document well not very complicated let me show you Ctrl H to open the fine and replace dialog box now click on the more button go a

To remove highlight from a number or from a bullet, select the paragraph mark and remove the highlight. You can also select the entire paragraph or the last part of the paragraph as long as you make sure the paragraph mark is included in the selection. Then the highlight will disappear from the number/bullet.
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
