this video will show you how to print off an invoice or really print off a work order an estimate or anything thats needed say for instance a client comes in to pick up the rug and you want to give them a copy of their receipt or the technician is going out to deliver rugs and you want him to have a copy of the receipts to give to the customer this is how you would do it so you would go to the accounts page lets say for instance janet wilson came in to pick up her rug you would type in her name for the search you find janet wilson theres two janet wilsons so you have to find out where she lives lets say its this janet wilson then you youre not going to see an invoice over here you because the invoice is a work order thats been closed out work orders that have been closed out will not remain in the open orders box so you go to her history and here you will see an invoice for 744 and a payment for 744 so you click on invoice it will pull up the invoice and go to the to this icon
