Go to the quote term where you want to add a display condition. In the Use Conditions related list, click New Term Conditions. Use the term condition fields to create a logical condition. Salesforce CPQ evaluates this condition whenever it generates a quote document that references this quote term.
Firstly, log in to your Salesforce Org. Secondly, go to Setup and Enter Templates in the Quick Find Box. In addition, click on Quote Templates in the Lightning Experience. Further, click on the New button and select a template (Example-Standard Template).
From Setup, enter Templates in the Quick Find box, then select Quote Templates (Lightning Experience) or Templates under Quotes (Salesforce Classic). Click New, and then select a template, such as Standard Template , on which to base your new template. Give your new template a name, and then click Save.
To modify a quote template in salesforce go to Set up. Now Go to Customize=Quotes=Settings. When Settings in Quotes are selected a new window will be opened where we have to select the check box to enable quotes in salesforce. Select Save Button.
How to Create a Quote in Salesforce Open the Opportunity you want to quote. Click New Quote in the Quotes list. Enter a name for the quote. Enter an expiration date for how long the quote will be valid. Select a status for the quote. Select the contact you want to send the quote to. Click Save.
