okay so this summer camp this year was a summer enrichment program what we found out the first day after the first day um the facilitators found out that the children were below their level we had used the learning outcomes from the curriculum and then since they were below their level we made a change and we included phonics in the program because quite a number of children were having issues reading along with reading and phonics we incorporated language arts and math and along with that we had guest speakers persons were members of the club and outsiders who tried to instill in them discipline a sense of discipline self-respect respect for others we also included financial literacy which was facilitated by dr carol babb they took a trip to the museum today so that they could get a little bit of history and every day they did some kind of physical education activity the children have definitely grown over the past two weeks um when it comes to reading you saw the difference in when
