So thats a major problem because then it leaves you confused. Like we have one case, the persons from South America. We have a valid birth certificate. We got an RFE that says you need to send in a birth certificate. We did submit the birth certificate, you know, its correct. So it kind of confused you I know theyre wrong so we submitted.
