[Music] hey guys this is aaron and i wanted to take a look at something today thats borders on basics but uh its not quite a square one video its a little more advanced than just starting up it has to do with using circles so uh circles as many of you know are not true circles they are segmented polygons that sketchup recognizes as part of a continuous face or edge so theyre kind of kind of different theyre obviously different from polygons polygons have hard edges circles regardless of how many edges you put on there are always looked at as being a smooth shape but theres a couple things that have come up and theres been comments on videos ive seen the forum lately that make me think maybe its worth spending just a few minutes talking about everything i can think of about using circles lets do a quick circle deep dive okay so im going to grab circles so the first thing to consider before i draw anything at all is the number of sides so down here inside i do want to think a
