From an assignment or question, you can send a private comment to a teacher. All teachers in the course can view and reply to private comments. When you open an assignment or question, you can view all responses your teacher makes. All teachers can view private comments even after they have been deleted.
If the activities allow you to mark your own completion you should be able to click the tick to uncheck it. If the quiz activity is complete based on a grade you could try to remove your attempt. If you havent got any other users in the course (if its a development space for you) you could reset the course.
You can send a private comment to your teacher that only they can see from an assignment or question. You can see your teachers response when you open the assignment or question. If you delete a private comment, your teacher can still see it.
