Open the contract workspace and navigate to the Documents. Click the name of the contract terms link and choose Delete.
I got the solution to this, we need to remove the Quote value from the Order record. Then we can deactivate the ORDER and then delete the record.
To delete or change a contract/line item association: From the CAM Purchasing console, select Line Items. Find the line item you want and select Edit. In the Details window, select the X next to the Contract field to remove the association, or click Search to find and select a different contract. Click Save.
If an order or reduction order has been activated, you cant delete its order products. But you can still edit an order products fields. After an order product has been reduced, you can no longer edit or delete the order product in that order.
To terminate a subscription, make an amendment quote and then reduce the quantity of the related quote line to zero. When you order that amendment quote or opportunity and then contract the order, the corresponding subscription order product has a terminated date thats one day before the amendment quotes start date.
I got the solution to this, we need to remove the Quote value from the Order record. Then we can deactivate the ORDER and then delete the record.
Procedure From the Edit menu option, choose Change deletion ind. . The system immediately sets or deletes the deletion indicator as appropriate. The system checks the link with other SAP objects when you set the indicator with this function. If the document is linked to other SAP objects, you see a warning message.
Delete a contract type: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contract Type. Click Contract Type. Click the down arrow next to the contract type that you want to delete and then click Delete.
