[Music] hi guys my tech talks back again with another video and today i want to talk about the dell xps 15 the 2021 the 9500 uh got a few problems of it and im doing a video today about all the problems i have with this laptop and whats going to happen is im going to go through this list and tell you all the things that are wrong with it and im going to send it back and im going to get a replacement base based on these problems and these are legit problems like really important these are so the first one is the speakers now these speakers have blown all they produce is a really high frequency noise now let me just play a song on apple music but youre not gonna be able to hear it here we go this is on 50 volume and thats the only thing that it produces basically sounds really bad and the speakers a bit fried so as you can see ive clicked on a song thats only on 50 if youve got your headphones on you might want to take them off actually and just to prove to you its not just
