Edit an approved timesheet In the Payroll menu, select Timesheets. Use the filter to select the employee, then select the timesheet. Click Edit, then Edit again. Make the changes, then click Approve timesheet. Click Approve timesheet again.
When you approve your time card, you are verifying that the hours you worked and leave you took for the pay period are correct and properly entered on the time card.
Resolution. Navigate to Manage Data - Select the External time Data. Set the field Delete this External Time Data to Yes - Save. The external time data will be processed instantaneously and delete the data (If the Instant import is not disabled.
If you have an existing timesheet for a future pay period, you cant create a timesheet for an earlier pay period. Youll need to delete the timesheet for the future pay period before you can create the timesheet for the earlier period. For example, an organisation does its pay runs on a weekly basis.

In Needs review, select an employee. Review the time. Select Edit next to any timesheet that needs editing. Make your changes and select Save.
Delete a timesheet Select Xero Me, then select the Timesheets tab. Find the timesheet, then select Delete Timesheet.
Delete a timesheet entry In the Business menu, select Timesheets. Select the staff member, then use the calendar to find the week the timesheet is in. Select the time entry you want to delete, then click Delete. Click Yes to confirm.
