Insert a check box on a new, blank form template On the form template, place the cursor where you want to insert the control. If the Controls task pane is not visible, click More Controls on the Insert menu, or press ALT+I, C. Under Insert controls, click Check Box.
Go to the Developer tab, click on the Check Box Content Control, and place it in your email message. Gmail: Gmail doesnt have a built-in checkbox feature, but you can use browser extensions or add-ons like Todo list or Google Tasks to include checkboxes in your emails.
Go to the Developer tab, and then click Check Box. If you want a space after the check box, press Tab or Spacebar. Use a Tab character if you want to format the list item with hanging indentation, like Word applies to bulleted lists. Select and copy (⌘ + C) the check box and any tabs or spaces.
