hi Iamp;#39;m Skyler if your MacBook crashes randomly there are a couple different things you can do including erasing the cache well some of the caches and also resetting parameter RAM or Pam Iamp;#39;ll show you how to do those things first step is to restart your computer so click the Apple click restart and donamp;#39;t reopen your windows and loging back in okay when your screen goes black and you hear the time hold down command option Pamp;amp;R as you see me doing on the keyboard now it boots again and let go then hold the shift key right away ah now youamp;#39;ll see a bar at the bottom of your screen where you normally donamp;#39;t itamp;#39;s a status bar your computer will boot into safe mode youamp;#39;ll know itamp;#39;s safe mode because in the upper right hand corner itamp;#39;ll say it in red text once itamp;#39;s booted all you have to do is restart again and log in as normal thatamp;#39;ll have cleared your caches and your Pam thanks for watching Iamp;#39

Open the Finder window and press shift + command + G. Type ~/Library/Caches into the search box and click Go. Press command + A to select all folders, or manually select individual items. Press and hold command + delete to clear the selected files from your Mac cache.
1. Using the keyboard-shortcut Press the keys [shift] + [cmd] + [del]. A new browser tab with a popup window opens. Enable the checkbox Cached images and files. Click on the button Clear Browsing data and reload the website.
In Chrome On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time. Select the types of information you want to remove. Click Delete data.
Navigate to System Junk in the sidebar and click Scan. Now, click Clean. Or you may click Review Details to choose what will be deleted from your Mac.
7. Clear cache files Open Finder. From the Go menu, select Go to Folder. Type ~/Library/Caches in the field and press Return. In the window that appears, you will see all your cache files. Press Command-A to select all files or delete files one by one. Enter your username and password to confirm.
Move or delete files Delete music, movies, podcasts, or other media, especially if its media that you can stream or download again as needed. Delete files in your Downloads folder. If you use the Mail app for your email, choose Mailbox Erase Junk Mail from the menu bar in Mail.
The Clear key erases everything on screen or in the current input field. On Macintosh, the Clear key is in the top/left corner of the numeric keypad.
In the Activity Monitor app on your Mac, click Cache (or use the Touch Bar). If you dont see the Cache tab in the Activity Monitor window, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click General in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click Sharing on the right, then turn on Content Caching.
