Heres how to disable comments in Word: Go to the File menu. Select Options General. Deselect Enable Modern Comments.
To do this, you can click the Comment list icon on the bottom right corner, then press the Ctrl + A on Windows or Command +A on Mac to select all comments, and press the Delete key. Thats done!
Delete all comments from a document Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon menu. Under Delete , select Delete All Comments in Document.
Delete a comment On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow by Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.
Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
Shift + F10 to open right-click menu. Arrow keys to Delete comment.
One way is to right-click on the comment, press Delete Comment, and agree to it. Or go to the Review tab, click the comment symbol, and pick Delete Comment from the list. Another option is to use keyboard shortcuts. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+A will hide or show all comments in the document.
Step 3: Hiding the comments Open your document in Microsoft Word. Go to the Review tab at the top. In the Comments section, select the Show Markup dropdown menu. Uncheck the Comments option to hide all comments in your document. To hide individual comments, click on each and select Delete Comment.
