hey you print hustlers Bruce from prints AVO simple shop managing software as some of you guys have been growing and generating a lot more quotes which is awesome it may start to fill up your calendar and your invoices page so what we suggest is to actually create a status called archived you can name it however you youd like and whats going to be nice about this is youre gonna be able to actually track the amount of dollars lost by quotes generated that you couldnt convert into actual sales so you can create that status right in my account itll show up on your calendar and youll be able to filter those out very easily as you change them to archived so we can change this one and then you can easily filter it out just by clicking it here now again then youll be able to run analytics about the total dollar value of all archived statuses and then Ill help you guys keep track of that so youll be able to reduce that number and convert more quotes into invoices if you have question
