To do this, go to the Trust Center settings, click on Trusted Documents, and then click on the Clear button. This will remove all trusted documents from the list and force Excel to re-evaluate the security settings for your workbook.
View or remove a trusted publisher In an Office application select File Options. Select Trust Center Trust Center Settings Trusted Publishers. In the Trusted Publishers list, select the publisher to remove, and then click Remove.
Clear Excel Cache: Excel may have a cache that can sometimes cause issues. You can try clearing the Excel cache. To do this, close Excel, go to the %temp% folder, and delete all files.
