Method 2: Add Open Hyperlink to Quick Access Toolbar To start with, click File tab then the Options to trigger the Word Options dialog box. Next, click Quick Access Toolbar. Then choose All Commands. Find and select the Open Hyperlink command.
Right-click the hyperlink and select Open Hyperlink on the shortcut menu. Click Open Hyperlink.
To edit information about an item in a document library If youre in thumbnail view, click the top right corner of the file, folder or link to select it. to open the information pane. Click the value of the property you wish to edit under the property name, type the new value, and then press Enter on your keyboard.
