To change directors, you must first register as a customer. If you haven't registered, refer to the video on how to do so. Start by visiting www.cipc.co.za. From the top menu, select "Online Transacting" and then "eServices." This will take you to the eServices login screen. Click on "Customer Login" and fill out the required fields, noting that they are case sensitive, including the security code. Read and accept the CIPC terms and conditions, then log in to the eServices landing page. Select "Amend Company Director Details," enter the relevant Enterprise number, and click "Validate." The current directors will appear; enter the ID number of the first listed director and confirm that the details match the company.
