In a recent video, the speaker discusses the impact of recent rains and the arrival of a beautiful day. They inform viewers that they have removed three videos (two related to Deadpool and one about DMX) to avoid potential copyright issues. To protect themselves, they plan to repost the videos while emphasizing the importance of critique as a form of fair use. Additionally, they clarify that they are not selling any shirts, despite receiving numerous inquiries from viewers. They intend to express their opinions on the visuals in the reposts, specifically mentioning a photo they find appealing but believe would be improved without a computer-filled background.

What is dot gain? Dot gain is a measure of the difference between the actual ink dot size of the printed piece and the ink dot size specified by the source file. It refers to ink dots appearing larger on the printed piece due to either a mechanical or optical effect. Dot gain is not good or bad.
For dot shape, the ellipse halftone dot is often recommended for screen-printing.
For simulated process and process printing it is best to keep the dots as small as possible, so using a fine mesh is best. Mesh counts between 195 and 355 are common, using halftone dot frequencies between 40 and 65 lpi. Increasing the mesh count can help to reduce moire.
So as rule of thumb, its best to scumble the halftones in cool with semi-transparent paint, use warm transparent glazes for the shadow areas, and use cool opaque and thicker paint for the highlights. This is of course just a guideline; its always best to experiment and try your own thing too.
Finally, youll have to set the color range of your halftones. The higher the percentage, the larger the dot will be and the more solid the image will appear. For screen printing, you should set haltones to at least 6 percent, as anything smaller becomes difficult to print accurately, and to no more than 97 percent.
Formula #2: Mesh Count/ 4 or 4.5= LPI For example, if we only have a limited number of screens available and the highest mesh count on hand is 196. We can then divide that by 4 or 4.5 to determine halftone dot size to use. Lines per inch can be determined by dividing the mesh count that you are using by 4 or 4.5.
To reduce the likelihood of a moire pattern, it is best to specify different screen angles for each color. Traditionally these were set at 45 for Cyan, 75 for Magenta, 90 for Yellow and 105 for Black. Notice the darker colors are 30 from each other and yellow is set halfway between Magenta and Black.
Halftones are a mathematical dot pattern that represents the grayscale value of a color and are created based on a grid. Printers can rotate the grid to change the angle, lines per inch, and more. This dot pattern can be so tiny that it appears as a regular image, but can be screen printed easily.
