Heres how: In your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences. Click Send Forms and go to the Company Preferences tab. Select Add Template. In the Add Email Template window, enter the correct information and click Save.
How do I edit the invoice template Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles. Choose the template youd like to customise, then click Edit. Editing in the App Search for the invoice that you want to edit using the invoice ID and open the invoice. In the Invoice Details section, you can edit the invoice ID and invoice date. Navigate to the Charges tab and you can perform one or more of the following: Add new charges.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
