In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in DocHub. To start, make sure you are in the prepare form section. Click on the more tools tab and select prepare form. Look for the icon with a box and check mark to add a checkbox. Customize the box and give it a name. Preview the checkbox and click on it to confirm. Return to edit mode by double-clicking on the checkbox.
