DoHub is very simple to use and quite intuitive as well. It doesn't have a lot of fancy bells and whistles, yet still sports a healthy amount of options for fields and editing. It does make turning any document into a signature doc VERY EASY. We have been able to significantly increase our paperwork efficiency with this program. You do have to work with it a bit to fit large use scenarios and figure out how to manage that well, but its a small amount of work to make up for a huge savings compared to other e-signature platforms.
DocHub doesn't handle massive at once and bulk tasks very well from an organizational standpoint. We also have to massage some of our templates or create a different template for every possible scenario. The program is at its best when used to just make signature documents, but we have found a lot of uses for it that were probably never the intended use for DocHub. Its just so easy, that we sometimes bend it to our will for accomplishing other things.
DocHub allows us to create electronic forms, request signatures and is actually the backbone for our PO system currently. We run everything from permission slips to employment papers to common documents that just need a few fields filled out with each unique use.
