The simplicity of the product and ease of use with new individuals on a daily basis. The ability to sign documents on any device, especially mobile, when one is out of the office. The ability to review use templates is also great.
Although DocHub is easy to use, it does lack a number of integrations which could help with automation etc. For example, Adobe integrates into Microsoft 365 Power Automate which is great when you want to automate tasks etc. and then save the files directly into your sharepoint site etc.
DocHub helps us with having a central repository to send company documents for signatures etc for both internal and external states while managing the follows up on documents which have not yet received a signature or completion. This is great as it allows our team to focus on whats important instead of having to follow up with individuals all the time.
