It is very easy to use and we like the feature to have a team of people that can access all the shared documents. People that we ask to sign the contracts find it very easy via a smartphone. We only encounter a very small number of people struggle, but this is definitely user error.
We were wondering if the number of clicks to request a signature could be reduced and the size of the date box always seems to need to be enlarged. Other than that, we are really happy.
