If you fail to pay your annual subscription, you risk removal from the ACCA register which will prevent you from sitting any more exams. Should you want to return to ACCA later, you will be required to pay a re-registration fee (currently £89).

You have seven years to pass the Strategic Professional exams once you pass your first Strategic Professional exam. If you don't pass all the Strategic Professional exams within that seven years time period, any Strategic Professional paper that you have passed beyond that 7-year period will be forfeited.

How do I unregister ACCA?

To my knowledge, you cannot cancel your ACCA account. Basically, there is no cancellation but instead there is removal. And if you wish to re-register you will have to pay the outstanding fees along with re-registration fee. There is no penalty, you just have to pay the outstanding amount.
