6. In AGENTS’ NOTICE TO LANDLORD AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, confirm that brokers and agents have notified the landlord of their obligations under federal law.
7. Finally, complete the CERTIFICATION OF ACCURACY by having all parties sign and date where indicated to affirm that the information is true and correct.
