A declaration of compliance (DoC) is a written or electronic document that is an important tool for checking if a plastic article meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 10/20111 and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/20042.
A form that tells The Pensions Regulator what you've done to comply with your employer auto-enrolment duties. If this isn't sent to The Pensions Regulator within 5 calendar months of your duties start date, you could be fined. You'll need to know: Your pension is an occupational pension scheme.
By law, your employer must re-enrol you back into the scheme approximately every three years. This is as long as you still meet the eligibility criteria.
